ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Risk Advisor for Post Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Culture is king in our agencies, and everyone works together as a family for the greater good of our customers. Our team members are provided personal one on one coaching and development, resources and all the necessary support to have the right tools in order to achieve success. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and client centric approach on all interactions
Licenses in insurance preferred.

Compensation: $54,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in North San Antonio, TX.
Our office is open 8am - 5pm - M - F.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
I am a proud graduate of Texas State University.
We currently have 9 team members at our agency.
We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
